| I can't say enough about the professionalism of the staff. The hotel lobby and common areas are very nice, the rooms could use some renovations but they are still "nice"--just not what I would rate as a 5.
Great location if you like to shop--great upper-scale mall at your fingertips. Metro is very close...also restaurants within walking distance (also ice skating rink in the winter months). |

| The Ritz granted aerly check-in at my request, but we arrived at the normal check-in time at 3:00 PM. As mentioned in preivious reviews, the staff were very friendly and courteous, the room was very clean and modern, and the location allowed for last minute shopping, since there are several shopping areas nearby. We purchased the parking, breakfast and room package, and all 3 items did not disappoint. We will stay there again! |

| From the minute we drove up to the hotel entrance until we departed, we enjoyed a first-class experience at every level. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful, the room comfortable and the food delicious. And, I can't say enough about the hotel's exellent location and convenience to shopping and public transportation.
Without hesitation, I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning. Thank you to the entire staff at the Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City. |

| A very comfortable hotel. Understated in the Ritz-Carlton tradition. Conveniently located with a subway station next door and the Pentagon City Mall.
We were on a three day family holiday to Washington. It was uncomfortably warm on one day and so we spent much of the day shopping at the Mall.
The restaurants at Pentagon Row next door are quite good.
Overall a great stay. |

| Our experience at this hotel was fantastic. The room was beautiful & had the most comfortable bed! All of the service was wonderful & helpful. The location was perfect & we loved how close we were to the metro stop. We definitely plan on returning :) |

| This is a great hotel if you want the service and comfort of the Ritz but at a chepaer price. Nothing is ever free; you give up the lavish lobbies, architecture, etc that one is accustomed to from the Ritz, but for the budget-minded, I think it's a good trade. Unless you have to stay in D.C., staying just across the bridge, sitting on top of metro stop is a great alternative. |

| Everything was great,the only problem we had was paying that much for a room for 4 nights and then they want to charge you 30.00 a night for parking, another 35.00 for the internet, and our shower was backed up every morning even after asking maid to have this fixed, the rooms are nice, pretty views, i wouldn't have a problem staying there again but, I would be comparing it to the Renaissance INN they give free breakfast and internet and parking... |

| If your stay has breakfast included make sure you inquire about what the rate per day per person for the in-room service breakfast option, and the gym has a very limited weight workout area, other than that we really enjoyed our stay at the Ritz Carlton and I would definitely stay again and high recommend. The hotel is attached to a beautiful shopping mall and the public transit train is right out your door if you did not have a car. 4 and a half stars. |
