Hotel and room condition were very satisfactory. The walls of our room must have been paper thin as we were forced to be up most of the night listening to our neighbor's loud tv and conversation. This happened 2 nights in a row. The second night we attempted to call the front desk but our room telephone did not work. My husband finally took charge of  this disruption and knocked on our neighbor's door and asked them politely to keep the noise level down. When we discussed this matter with the hotel staff upon check out, they said other people had complained about the same occupants. I can't help but wonder why the staff did not do something about the bothersome situation.

We attended a friend's funeral at the Nat'l Cemetery and didn't stay on the base. The Hyatt, however, was the next best place and is very close to Ft. Myer. The staff were excellent. We took all our meals in the hotel restaurant on the second floor. "Tony" the morning chef's friendliness and especially his scrambled eggs and crispy bacon really took  the edge off a stressful time. Thank you again T. This is more of a business-styled hotel, but we are definately coming back on a vacation because of its proximity to everything . Regrettably, there is nothing anyone can do about the driving in DC.

Very convenient location for staying with kids. 2 min to metro station and about 10 minutes to “Federal Triangle”. It should not take more than 20 minutes to get to DC from the lobby. Metro fair is $1.85-2.40 per person to get to DC.

very convenient since it's just a block from subway station and not far from safeway and CVS (but they close at 10pm). The location is really good. There's a circulator bus, just $1, to go to Georgetown and Dupont Circle. Rosslyn subway station is very convenient to go to any place both in DC and Virginia. The hotel room is standard and well decorated.  Very comfy to stay.

Fick ett bra tvånätterspris vilket gjorde hotellet prisvärt. 2 min från tunnelbanan och med den 5-10 till downtown. Ca 10 min promenad till mysiga kvarter i Georgetown så även om hotellet ligger avsides går det snabbt att ta sig till centrala DC.

We stayed in this hotel because I was commuting to Ballston in Arlington and my husband and son were going to go sight seeing and we could each easily get where we were going because the Rosslyn Metro is around the corner from the hotel. The hotel personnel were nice but there is no concierge and they seem baffled by most questions. When the air-conditioning  didn't work in our room the night we arrived, they allowed us to switch rooms but they did not offer any compensation or apologies for the inconvenience. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was not very interesting and you need to travel by metro to get to a more interesting area of Arlington for restaurants. On the plus, Georgetown is a 20 minute walk away. Because of the convenience of the location, we would stay again.

Although the room was not large, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There are a number of restaurants in the locality, and breakfast at the hotel, while not cheap, was quite tasty.

The rooms were large, clean, and contained all of the necessary amenities expected of a 4 start hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and being only a metro stop from Clarendon (or even walking distance for those looking to eliminate some of those bar calories) is a plus. My only complaint was the really thin walls. I could hear the conversation  in the room next to me as if I were sitting in their room with them.

Among the best hotel values I've ever had. This is now my hotel of choice when visiting DC. Close to restaurants, Metro, Georgetown, and highways.

The hotel was super nice and clean. The hotel staff gave great service. The breakfast buffet works great especially when you are traveling in a budget. The hotel is just a couple minutes from the metro station, very accessible. The area has multiple restaurants and convenient stores nearby. It felt save to walk around even at night. I would definitely  stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
